As the 21th.comes, people has a thorough understanding on the concept of education. Moral education in a vocational school, which is regarded as an important approach for training skillful person and transmission of knowledge, always plays an irreplaceable role. We must make the teaching methods more effective so that we can break the awkward position of moral education, promote the development of moral education and solve the fundamental problem. The article suggested that all the moral education teachers in a secondary vocational school should put emphasis on teaching methods and choose effective teaching methods based on some theories, such as education, psychology, philosophy according to the characteristics of students'mental development, the characteristics of teaching materials and work characteristics of moral-education teachers. Only by using effective teaching methods, can we truly improve classroom efficiency. For this purpose, I made a detailed study in order to show the natural rules of moral education class in a secondary vocational school, hoping to improve the efficiency of class in the teaching procedure and instruct and promote moral education.I adopted some study methods, such as literature summarization, teachers'and students'questionnaire, experts'questionnaire, experts'visit and talk, analysis of cases, experimental tests and statistics. In the procedure of study, I found out that moral education teachers in a secondary vocational school didn't systematically study the related theories on teaching methods and lacked the scientific theory bases in choosing the teaching methods. Many teachers copied many kinds of teaching methods used at present without any clear understanding. So there is no scientific evaluation about the effects of teaching methods. Teachers'evaluation and students'evaluation on moral education class are entirely differentBy studying carefully, I came to the conclusion that in order to improve the efficiency of class, teachers should adopt effective teaching methods which are based on clear theories, that is some related contents on education, psychology, philosophy. So the teaching methods adopted on moral education class should follow"three closes"rules (close to reality, close to life, close to students). Teachers should choose suitable teaching methods according to students'mental development and real need for talented person. In the teaching procedure, teachers should follow"three attentions"(pay attention to develop students'interests, pay attention to develop students'comprehensive qualities, pay attention to develop students'employment awareness). Teachers should make knowledge learning, ability training and habit developing united and effectively enhance moral education's relevance, effectiveness and sense of the times.
