Problem teaching, as a developing teaching theory, can fulfill the requirements of new courses, thus problem teaching are adopted by teachers prevalently. Its key part is the design for problems. Whereas through analyzing, we can find that the theoretical research in this area segmental, teaching practice is a lack of systematicness. Especially for the strategies of problem design. Therefore, this thesis combines with the teaching practice in political thoughts course, base on proof, via documentation, exemplification and interview methods, discussing the problems design of teaching in political thoughts course. Propose my opinions on the strategy in particular. The article can be divided in 6 parts as follows:Firstly, define and make clear the concept of the "problem" problem teaching" and "problem design". From the perspective of constructivism, devisal, information processing theory, communication theory and nearest region theory, to sum up the theoretical foundation of problem design, offering evidence for designing problems.Secondly, probe the necessity of problem design in political thoughts course. Meanwhile combine the experience to dissertate the importance of it through the realization of political 3-demention purpose, the stimulus of study interest, the construction of knowledge and the improvement of capability.Thirdly, through relevant questionnaire, interview and observation at other time, grasping the first-hand materials, understanding how it works in daily course. Summarizing the achievements, we also pay attention to the defect. For example, the content the thoughts of problem are not full, unsuitable of designing the problems, the unity of the summarization of designing problems. And analyze the reasons of the problems designing's shortage from the theory of the contemporary education, the valuation of teachers from society, the ability of teachers'major.Fourthly, summarizing the types of problems, be aware of the function and feature of all sorts of problems, laying the foundation of devising appropriate and high quality problems. At the meantime, following the rule of enlightenment, directiveness, probing, arrangement, openness and generation to clear and define the rules we should observe, set the direction for the efficaciousness of problem design.Fifthly, as for three different types(giving the new lesson, review and appraise the exercise),combine them with examples, offer your own self perspective and then try to seek after an effective way.Sixthly, summarizing and introspecting the works in the whole year, the positive influence over the students and find out the advantages.
