As a good way to stimulate students’ interest and active classroom atmosphere, inquiry teaching method has been favored by the majority of scholars and teachers in recent years. As the core of inquiry teaching, the problem should be paid more attention. But due to the awareness of the problem of design of ideological and political course in senior middle school teachers is not strong and design problem of inadequate preparation and design of ability insufficient, resulting in a of high school ideological and political class inquiry teaching design in reality exist such as random design, source of stenosis, in the form of a single, deficiency for and levels, lack of openness, confined to the teaching, teachers need to take appropriate measures to be addressed, in order to make ideological and political course in high school inquiry teaching effect is good.The full text is divided into four parts: In the first part, the connotation and design requirements of the "problem" in the high school ideological and political class inquiry teaching. "Problem" exists everywhere in our daily life, and the "problem" in high school ideological and political class inquiry teaching since has a problem of general significance and its own unique teaching significance and role, while it also has certain requirements and need us to grasp the details.In the second part, analyzes the problem and reason about the "problem" in high school thought political lesson of the current inquiry teaching today. With the survey of the volume of students and teachers questionnaires volumes during the internship, a in-depth analysis was made in the current high school thought political lesson Inquiry Teaching "design problems" existing problems.
