With the deepening of Quality Education, turning out students'creativity and innovation ability becomes the importance of the new around course reform. And the key of innovation and creativity education is to develop problem awareness. The way to make students learn to study and innovate while questing and resolving problems. And students should upgrade their ability in pinpointing problems, throwing out problems and resolving problems.The essay link closely to problem awareness, and unified to senior middle school political class education. In this paper the concept of problem awareness is defined. And then the writer analyzes three questions including problem awareness cognition, the importance of problem awareness education and the urgency of problem awareness education. The writer uses questionnaire to investigate students'current situation of problem awareness. And analyzes its causes from educational system,teachers factors and students factors. On this basis, the tactics to turn out high middle school students is specially probed. There are four parts of this article.Part one: Introduce questions and analyze the current situation at home and abroad.Part two: Summarize problem awareness and analyze the importance and urgency to students'problem awareness training.Part three: Analyze the weak situation of students'problem awareness education in class through inquiry and the data.Part four: According to the survey data and interview with high middle school teachers and students, discourse the week situation of students problem awareness.Part five: Analyze the reason of students'problem awareness weakness through the factors of education system, teachers and students.Part six: Research the method of training students'problem awareness from six factors including change teachers traditional authoritative view, optimize strategy of preparing lessons, optimize class atmosphere, optimize assessment way, optimize teachers inner quality.
