With the Beijing Olympics held successfully, foreign fitness movement, the influence of sports fitness is presented the vigorous development the momentum. Foreign scholars research proof, right amount motion having oxygen can change body composition, and Latin American Dancing as a edify sentiment of aerobic exercise more satisfying young female the physiological and psychological needs, become instantly female youth fitness, leisure ideal choice.Latin American Dancing originated in Africa and Latin America, is sports dance one of two kinds of dancing, including Rumba, Samba, Jive,ChaCha,Paso and Doble five different style of dance. Latin American Dancing flexible and changeable, hip and body moving, breathing control, in various soft and passion, bold and unrestrained rhythm in an orderly changes and model a different attitude, which regulates the body function, improve the body composition. This study to changchun each big fitness club practice in Latin American Dancing of young females as sample, random selected from 41 beginners as research object, by Latin for training, for 41 age in 28-35 interval of women, 24 weeks, weekly two times, each time 1 hour Latin dance exercise. Using the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, the main research Latin American Dancing of young female body composition and cardiopulmonary function, and the influence of body weight, PBF, BMI,BMD, cardiopulmonary function to wait for test index, the goal for more scientific Latin American Dancing exercise provides theory basis.The results were as follows:①after a six-month Latin dance exercise, the average weight of young women have very significant relief (p < 0.01); The waist is surrounded degree average has very significant decrease (p < 0.01); Crus is surrounded degree average reduced (0.74 + 0.13) cm, show significant difference (p < 0.05). ②the young women have a weight of very significant decline (P < 0.01), the body always moisture, body fat volume weight very significantly lower, (P < 0.01); Physical percentage significantly lower by average very (P < 0.01), reduce the rate of (plus or minus 0.23) % 1.64 BF, waist-hip ratio, body mass index, its value is closer to changes before and after the experiment is very significant differences, basal metabolic rate level very significant improvement (17.53 + 1.88) kcal (P < 0.01), reduced-fat weight have very significant difference (P < 0.01), Protein (Protein) quantity reduced (0.01 + 0.06) kg, and no significant difference (P > 0.05), minerals (Mineral) quantity reduced (0.06 + 0.04) kg, with significant difference (P < 0.05).
