It is universally acknowleged that the variety in students'genetic factors,family backgroundand learning environment will contribute to different levels of study interest, thus creating different academic standards. In the traditional class teaching system "one size fits all",difference is usually ignored and errors are badly treated so that quite a number of the students are not fully equipped.This essay will deal with the problems emerging from high school biology operation design process such as "weight light," "decorate no hierarchy", "homework subject single", "work and achievement disproportionate", which cause causes students to copy homework, late delivery of homework,thus creating a low efficiency of homework.In order to improve the operation efficiency and adapt to Jiangsu university entrance exam mode,and change from "push students to do homework" to "students want to do homework,based on " learning theory "Bloom master bates base" and Vigos of proximal development theory ", and the "teaching, base class based optimization theory, I transformed the previous assignments into " dynamic hierarchical design.The details are as follows:according to grades,interest and so on the students are divided into three levels,each with different assignment.With the lower levels finished,the students will be given higher levels eventually leading to every student's common development" "optimal development". We try to make a breakthrough and find a fundamentally efficientway to beat TiHai operation modes and strive to make each student succeed in the homework that suits them, and further develop their interest in learning biology and learning ability. Conducive to the realization of "teachers center" to "the student center" transformation, which is beneficial to meet different levels of development needs, we solve the problems arising from the conflict between academic achievement and students' learning interest, but also cultivate their ability of self-study, communication cooperation ability and self-development capabilities, and improve the relationship between teachers and students.Through more than a year's experimental study, high school biology dynamic hierarchical design not only improves students' interest,and teachers' professional level, but also reduces the student assignments burden, promote the development of students grades optimization.
