Into the 21 century, with the increasingly fierce competition for talent, education is play a very important role in national rejuvenation and social progress. Therefore, China put forward strategic goal of human resource powers. Basic education has a decisive impact on social and economic development of the country. With the new curriculum reform deepening, the most basic education teachers as a factor, and the teachers' teaching theory attainment and teaching skill level of demand is higher and higher.Primary Education Undergraduates New Specialized in recent years, direct train teachers for the elementary school talent, and talent to become primary school teachers in the future to add the main way, in the new situation, creative students develop teaching skills of primary education, education in China reform and development of great significance.This research mainly adopts literature, comparison, action research, questionnaire and interview, research methods for education in guangxi elementary school of specialty construction and development, this paper analyses the basic course reform background, professional education in elementary school students' teaching ability of the main problems existing in the training.They are as follows:First, theory and practice of light weight, lack of educational practice. The students develop concepts behind teaching skills, teaching skills training is mainly done in the classroom teaching, teaching skills can not be arranged in courses, students carry out community activities ineffective; Fourth Interest and light development, teaching skills, serious side branches Development of teaching skills by students interested in high-impact, primary education, professional music, art, dance, piano method, three pen words, stick figure can not fully develop the basic skills.Primary Education Colleges and Universities in the face of the students training in teaching skills the main problems, combined with Guangxi University Primary Education held most of the institutions for the new rise of the circumstances, that the impact of teaching students to develop their skills in major reasons:First, the traditional Educational Thought. China's education has been unable to get rid of "books, classroom and teacher" of the educational tradition of the three centers, and higher education are still relatively low level of development, innovation and personnel training in the appropriate mode and the lack of effective theory, the students hands-poor; Second, Primary Education in poor access to student employment. Including primary education, there is a weak foundation of professional teachers and experimental teaching of primary education and primary education facilities, lack of expertise needs to be strengthened and so the gap; Fourth Credit Reform, slow. Guangxi newly promoted reform institutions in the credit system and widespread implementation of unreasonable design lesson plans, teaching management effectiveness of the credit system is imperfect and needs to be improved so inadequate; Fifth, the lack of teaching skills development specification. Primary education in the teaching profession in terms of skills development, lack of available standards, there is no effective models can be useful reference, an increase of primary education teaching professionals to develop their skills more difficult.With humanism, multiple intelligence, pragmatism, constructivism, etc. The basic point of view of modern education theory, this paper presents primary education teaching skills and innovative professional training four basic strategies:First, the rational design of lesson plans, teaching skills, attention to students comprehensive. Teaching program is the basic norms of undergraduate training, course is designed should be strengthened. Educational practice by a substantial increase in hours, innovative educational practice mode, standard of teaching skill requirements, reform of the examination methods of teaching skills, teaching skills to increase innovation and credits the students, guide students to achieve the purpose of teaching skills in practice; second phase of theoretical teaching and skills development combine to achieve the modernization of educational concepts. Should focus on core skills development, implementation of the theory of teaching, and application of new teaching model and lead students into modern teaching. In addition, the role of teachers and students should also change, reflecting the students to "practice" theme; third is to create a platform for a variety of campus culture, and tap their potential for the development of teaching skills.
