An Experimental Study On The Integration Of General Volleyball Teaching For Physical Education Majors Into The Practical Knowledge And Skills Of Primary And Middle School Volleyball Teachers

The general course teaching of volleyball in the major of physical education in colleges and universities is to develop good knowledge of volleyball theory,skills of volleyball,and organization of volleyball competition activities,which can carry out volleyball teaching and extracurricular volleyball activities in primary and middle schools.According to the demand of volleyball teachers in primary and middle schools,the applied sports talents who can be qualified for the practical work of volleyball teachers in primary and middle schools.However,the teaching of volleyball general courses in physical education major in colleges and universities does not accord with the actual demand of volleyball posts in primary and middle schools.And there is a disjointed problem,the university in the physical education major volleyball general course setup lack of students in the future to engage in primary and secondary school volleyball teachers' actual consideration,in the content of the lack of primary and secondary school volleyball related content involved.In the course of teaching,the teaching and guidance of the contents and methods of volleyball teaching in primary and middle schools are neglected.Based on the demand of volleyball teachers in primary and middle schools and the reform of volleyball general course in physical education major in colleges and universities,the aim of this paper is to establish a course system of volleyball general course for physical education major in accordance with the practical requirement of volleyball teachers in primary and middle schools.In order to realize the seamless connection between personnel training and post demand,the general volleyball teaching of physical education major and the volleyball teaching of primary and secondary schools and related volleyball activities can be combined organically.In order to enhance the application ability of volleyball practical knowledge and skills of the students majoring in physical education,they have the practical operation skills to engage in the position of volleyball teachers in primary and middle schools.It provides a reference for the construction of teaching system of volleyball general course in physical education specialty and the reform of high quality and applied sports talents system for cultivating "one specialty and many abilities" in our school.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experimental teaching method,mathematical statistics and so on,48 students of physical education major volleyball in Southwest Petroleum University in 2015 were selected as the experimental objects.By combing and merging the practical knowledge and skills required by primary and middle school volleyball teachers and the general teaching contents of volleyball in colleges and universities,To build up the teaching content system of volleyball general course in physical education major,which is integrated with the practical knowledge and skills of volleyball teachers in primary and middle schools.The study shows that:(1)the general volleyball teaching of physical education major can improve the enthusiasm of students in active learning by integrating with the practical knowledge and skills of volleyball teachers in primary and secondary schools.(2)the general volleyball course teaching of physical education major,which is integrated with the practical knowledge and skills of volleyball teachers in primary and secondary schools,is helpful to the study and mastery of students' basic volleyball skills.(3)the general volleyball course teaching of physical education major,which is integrated with the practical knowledge and skills of volleyball teachers in primary and middle schools,is helpful for students to master the relevant knowledge and skills needed by volleyball teachers in primary and middle schools.(4)the general volleyball teaching of physical education major which is integrated with the practical knowledge and skills of volleyball teachers in primary and secondary schools can improve the confidence of students in the positions of volleyball teachers in primary and middle schools.It is suggested that the technique of ball and ball feeling should be added in every stage of volleyball teaching technique study in physical education major.(2)to organize the students to design the design of volleyball teaching,the design of game activities,and the methods of correction in the course of volleyball general course teaching in physical education major.(3)in the theoretical examination of volleyball general course in physical education,the contents of volleyball teaching in primary and middle schools,and the design of volleyball game activities in primary and middle schools are added.
