Research On The Cultivating Swimming Major Class Teaching Skills Of The Physical Education University

P.E. teaching skills refer to physical education teachers in physical education class according to sports education theory, by using their sports knowledge, complete the teaching mission and reached the behavior combination of teaching target skills. The face of the special sports students swimming only paid attention to swimming skills, swimming skills and education without attention to the combination of teaching skills. More and more experts, more and more feel the importance of teaching skills of special training to swim.With sports teaching is also in constant innovation, perfect, now about "swimming classroom teaching skill fostering study in the specialists has already become more and more research hotspot. swimming classroom teaching skills as part of the classroom teaching, is sports colleges and swimming majors become a qualified swimming class teacher must have a basic professional skills, so cannot ignore. Therefore, cultivation of sports colleges and swimming class teaching skill is showed swimming education majors the teaching the basic ability, affect the physical cultivation swim professional education worker quality.This paper uses literature data method, observation, questionnaire survey, expert interview and mathematical statistics, mainly in P.E. institutes 2007,2008 grade students swimming class teaching skills training and related problem is studied.The research found:(1)Sport colleges and swimming major-class teaching skills is sport education swimming majors in sports teachers must have the basic professional quality.(2) The main problems of Physical education to the swimming majors classroom teaching skills training lies in:①It is unknown for swimming major of physical education university teaching skills training goal;②It is not whole of physical education university teaching skills training system;③It is not rigorous of physical education university teaching skills training;④Teaching skills of physical education university are missing evaluation.These factors result in swimming majors of P.E. university for swimming teaching skills unclearly kwon, learning objectives fuzzy, classroom teaching skill level is not obvious.(3)Sports colleges and swimming specialist class teaching syllabus and training target, though involved swimming class specialist teaching skills training, but from the survey situation found its content is just referred, says have been ignored, did not make detailed plans, provisions. This is largely influenced swimming class teaching skills showed perfect training.(4)Swim majors of teaching practice can not guarantee lecture content is swimming and the time is short, the exercise would not to be effective, not to say get bigger development.
