School physical education evaluation is an important part of teaching evaluation, is an value judgments and value analysis process of school physical education, its main function is to diagnose problems of physical education and to promote the improvement of the school's teaching quality. It's the Key actors to the reform of school physical education.However, with social development and the deepening of education reform, a series of questions to the school physical education which has a seriously affect to the smooth development of the school physical education.Through access to the documents and obtain the expert's advice, realize the evaluation of school physical education is a complex system which is by a large number of subsystems and elements. So in this paper, the evaluation of the complex physical education system is divided into six subsystems, which is the main object of evaluation index system, security system evaluation, evaluation feedback system and evaluation of environmental systems and so on. The author in the system theory, cybernetics and information theory and its three fundamental principles (the overall theory, feedback theory, order theory) as the theoretical basis of the perspective of the articals,so standing in the system evaluation to analysis the school physical education.The nature of the Evaluation is value analysis and value judgments, the value orientation is to evaluate the main purpose of assessment and evaluation will. The different values will lead to different evaluation criteria in the evaluation activities. Driven by various interests and disciplines of the ideological trend of subjects evaluation of the main values tend to alienation. Therefore, I believe that the evaluation of the alienation of the main values is the main reasion of which causes a series of evaluation of school physical education.Through research and analysis the following conclusions is that:(1) Evaluation of Physical Education series of questions arise, one main reason is not be regarded as a system, so the evaluation of physical education should be seen as a systematic project which to coordinate Harmonious relations between subsystems,from the perspective of the overall evaluation of school physical education to promote the development, the establishment of the system, the evaluation concept of harmony; (2) evaluation of the main values that led to the alienation of the Evaluation of Physical Education series of problems Source, and its essence is to evaluate the educational value of the value and evaluation tools, management, the value of confronting each other.
