With the transition of the higher education from elite education to mass education , the quality of higher education becomes the general concern of the community. It is particularly important at this time that how to ensure the quality of higher education based on the scale expansion. Its impact on the educational philosophy led to the generation of post-modern educational theory, which emphasizes the concept of reflection, criticism and diversity .
