In the new curriculum standard specified "to let the student to learn the general method of biological science inquiry, have stronger biology basic skills, collect and process information ability, observing ability, the experiment ability, thinking ability and the ability to solve problems, " and biology experiment teaching is to cultivate students'innovative spirit and practice ability, the most effective way to satisfy students life-long learning desire and ability.By researching the high school biology classroom experiment, and points out that the analysis of the current situation of the classroom experiment in training students'inquiry skills flaws. Combined with our university, the author of biological independent experiment in independent experiment is described in detail the theoretical basis, implementation principle, the development status of process and independent experiment, implementation in promoting students' experiment skill form and action. This research mainly adopts questionnaire and case analysis.Independent experiment research suggests that the practice in the implementation of the independent experiment is helpful to improve the students to develop biological experiment interest, to improve students'experimental skills, to strengthen students'questioning skills, can promote the formation of students'experimental design skills, promote the student to analyze experimental phenomena and data processing skills formation, can promote students expression and communication skills formation. This study of the experiment teaching reform for the future to provide theoretical and practical reference and reference.
