Traditional teaching mode is mainly teacher-centered, based on their teaching theories without considering students' common sense and emotional acceptance, which makes the classroom atmosphere dull and dry. While the new teaching mode based on the learning-guidance plan helps students begin their autonomic learning and studying, connects the self-preview before class with the presentation in class, links students' independent learning with teachers' interpretation and combines textbook knowledge with life practice, so that their knowledge, skills and integrated abilities can be formed. Besides, a kind of all-round, multi-channel and multi-angle'crossroad'has been established. The implementation of this model adapts to the academic characteristics of moral qualities lessons and it helps to implement the new curriculum concept and to cultivate students' innovative spirit and practice ability.This thesis in the first place discusses the theoretical basis and background of the new teaching mode based on the learning-guidance plan in moral education courses. Then it analyses the status of moral qualities lessons, and we can apply the learning-guidance plan into moral education courses, and how to construct the mode has been referred as well. The new teaching mode based on the learning-guidance plan can be listed in the following steps.1. to guide by case and self-learning by the case; 2.to show oneself and develop thinking skills; 3.to explain briefly and conclude timely;4.to evaluate and encourage the practice in classroom; 5. to give feedbacks and improve in a whole.The author has participated in the school teaching reform, studying the significance and value of the new teaching mode based on learning-guidance plan in moral education in the junior high school. What's more, this paper discusses the influence on students and teachers'development by using the new teaching mode, which gives some examples to the senior teachers. After more than a year of practice, the new teaching mode based on learning-guidance plan accords with the reform of the implementation of the classroom requirements, conforms to the needs of students'growth, and can promote teacher's professional development.
