In the spirits of the new curriculum reform, high school P.E. adopted the selective teaching. The school creates P.E. programs based on students'interests, hobbies and specialties, as well as school's facilities, teachers'specialties and etc.. The student selects one of these programs. And based on students'selections the school assigns students into different classes to study their intended programs. This selective teaching is a major reform for the high school P.E. education. As the teaching methodology changes, the P.E. review needs to be changed too. It is not sufficient to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform if the review only tracks the results, which is also not sufficient to meet the requirements of the new selective teaching. As one of the teachers following high school selective teaching, I combined the realities to make the point in this paper to make some preliminary researches about how to review high school students'P.E. education and related problems. The research interest arises from the practices and serves the practices in return. The purpose is to better facilitate the high school students'P.E. education, and develop in a healthy, wholesome way, which thoroughly implements the guiding spirits of "Health is the No.1 Goal".The research of this topic adopted various methods like retrieving archives, interviewing experts, surveys and experiments. With the surveys the realities of today's high school P.E. education was mapped out:to work out the reviews, most high schools' P.E. departments review students'studies with pure objective quantative standards, which can be incomplete and unscientific. This review method is not consistent to the new curriculum reform's requirements that the review should focus on students'attitudes and performance during the teaching. Therefore it does not stimulate students'positive attitude and passion towards study. Instead it creates big psychological burdens for the students. Targeting this reality, the author combined the theories of study review to establish a P.E. study review system to meet the requirements of the high school selective teaching, and experimented this review system in aerobics classes. From the experiment results, the author discusses in theory the review system's concepts, nature, properties, principles and strategies, as well as in practices the review system's contents, standards and implementation methods. Using aerobics class as an example, the author defined a review system targeting different selective teachings. The implemention of the review system was analyzed, which proved it definitely helps students'studies and confidence buildup as well as the wholesome development of the students.
