Aerobics movement is a set of fitness, healthy heart and body building functions of an exercise fitness value of sports,since the1980s in China since the rise, both in institutions of higher learning, or in the technical secondary school, vocational colleges, are popular with most teens students love, in school all kinds of sports elective course has held a huge advantage. From the development perspective, about the aerobics published research paper is not much, and present a balanced and slightly up trend, the research content mainly focus on the teaching of aerobics, aerobics training basic theory and gymnasium and function of the research, but to the concrete in the teaching pattern of the research on the micro’s.Cooperative learning teaching mode as the modern physical education teaching mode in the important a, in most universities in China in recent years in the sports teaching the emphasis has been gradually and promotion and use, it played the body sex, students of the students innovative, student’s independence and the students’ social adaptability and many other aspects are the plays an unique role. In the teaching of college calisthenics elective courses to use cooperative learning and teaching mode of the new education idea and teaching way, will help great change calisthenics classes of the traditional teaching method, the real do outstanding students study independent status, fully to exert students’ innovation spirit and cooperation, so as to promote students’ social adaptation ability enhancement, promote the students’ psychological health, improves calisthenics teaching effect.This paper try to both at home and abroad have about cooperationve study of the teaching mode theory and teaching practice, and on the basis of the practice of combining with calisthenics teaching characteristics and the experience, through to the existing in the investigation of aerobics teaching, so as to develop calisthenics teaching experiment research, combining psychology, sociology, education and sports science, and other aspects of the theory knowledge, from cooperationve study teaching mode related concepts and its characteristics, its model building, and the implementation of its difficulty etc comprehensive, systematic elaboration. In the basis of aerobics teaching, this paper experiment object as a group and a control group, respectively in two groups cooperationve study teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode for teaching, the scale and the questionnaire measuring students and teaching, and then of the experimental data analysis and deal with.The results of the study show that paper, in university aerobics elective course using cooperative learning teaching mode is ok, and feasible and can play a unique role. This thesis reached the following conclusions:in the college calisthenics elective course using cooperationve study teaching mode, can enhance students’ groups with force and cooperation of consciousness, improve relationships between students, improve the students’ interpersonal skills, promote the students’ psychological health in development, enhance the student’s study subjectivity and study the interest, improve the students’ social adaptation ability, help to make students master the skill of aerobics technology. In order to give full play to the role of teaching mode cooperationve study, this paper puts forward to the use of flexible cooperative learning teaching mode, to enhance’ comprehensive quality teachersand strengthen students’ learning ability training and so on.
