Teaching management is the center and the main school management, school management activities are all around the teaching management to expand, and in order to improve the quality and level of teaching, school-based teaching and research activities in the normal development, are particularly important. First of all papers based research and school-based integrated teaching and research management were described; and then select a school conducted as a case study of a middle school on the current status of the teaching and research management and the problems were studied analysis and problem Preliminary reveal the reason.
