In the 8th education curriculum reform based from 2001 has been ten years, along with the class changes propulsion we found that the new curriculum reform, and the success is closely related teacher's quality. Teachers' knowledge is the core content of the quality of teachers, teachers' knowledge to the new curriculum reform to have the important meaning. Under new curriculum implementation teachers should have what knowledge to adapt to the new curriculum requirements? But these teachers' current intellectual condition? How is the author of teachers with above problems, and the knowledge of theoretical construction of school teachers' knowledge of the investigation, in order to seek the knowledge status and the demands of the new curriculum existing gap, puts forward the measures to perfect teacher knowledge, to promote the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform.In this context, in order to understand the actual situation of the knowledge. This paper adopts literature analysis, the vast knowledge of domestic and foreign teacher is studied and discussed from the material analysis, the subject matter knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, the general pedagogical knowledge, curriculum knowledge four aspects. After two elementary schools in jining downtown as sample of 120 teachers, questionnaire, 20 of them teacher to conduct interviews, and with four teachers mainly carries on the classroom observation. Then through the investigation result to analyze the current situation of teachers' knowledge exist how? One is a discipline, but the basic standard professional knowledge professional quality lacks; Second is the general education theory knowledge has not been fully used, or based on teacher experience; Thirdly, discipline education focuses on form and not in the essence of knowledge; The four is course knowledge serious lack, teachers curriculum consciousness. Appear these reasons are various, this paper mainly analyzes from two aspects, one is the pre-service teacher education; the other is in-service teacher training and teachers' education. In view of the current situation, we face the knowledge the task of pre-service education professional adjust course structure to adapt to the curriculum reform needs; post-career take effective way to promote the development of teachers' knowledge. To better training teachers, make it become curriculum reform, not the participant observer.
