The purpose and the end-result of the Chinese education is to cultivate students'basic Chinese accomplishment. The Chinese teaching evaluation, as an important part of the Chinese education, plays a pivotal role in promoting students and teachers. The main content of the Chinese teaching evaluation is to evaluate the existing Chinese level of the students', reflect and enhance the teaching activities, form perfect personality and pursue beautiful life.,Transforming the evaluation focus on the progress of students and development of teachers, has become the require of people's all-round development.The ultimate goal of education is students'all-round development. Cultivating the students'speech ability, thinking ability, feeling attitude and value attitude is the goal of the Chinese education. As an important part of the Chinese education, the Chinese teaching evaluation aims at students'all-round development and teachers'progress. This study mainly using literature method and comparison method, discussing the teaching evaluation and the Chinese teaching evaluation in the first part. The article is divided into four parts. The first part preface, simply introduces the significance and methods of the study. Secondly explain the teaching evaluation and the Chinese teaching evaluation's meaning. discuss the types of the teaching evaluation and the principle, function, characteristics of the middle school's Chinese teaching evaluation. In the third part, advocate transform the idea of the Chinese teaching evaluation based on the modern and the constructivism theory. In the fourth part, discuss the strategies of the middle school's Chinese teaching evaluation, include reading evaluation, writing evaluation, oral communicate evaluation and examination, etc.
