City Schools Sports Facilities Open To The Public To Study A Number Of Issues

Along with the established status as a great power in the International Olympic race, mass sports has became more and more important and produce plenty of opportunities and challenges in the development of Chinese sport cause. Currently, the problem that inhibits the development of mass sports in China mainly is the lack of sports resources, especially the prominent gap between the supply of sports facilities and the need of the public. As schools share two-thirds of sports facilities in China, the reasonable use of school sports facilities and their open policy will attribute to solve the above problem and also the focus of the government and the scholars. Based on this background, this article took Chengdu as an example to study the Strategies and measures of sports facilities opening policies. It will bring forth both theoretical and practical significance.With the documentation, expert interview, questionnaire, logistical statistician, case study and logical analysis, this article studies deeply the value of opening sports resources in schools; schools'sports facilities opening situation in Chengdu; the utilization of school sports resources of residents in Communities; factors affecting the open policies implementation of Chengdu elementary and middle schools, the situation of Chengdu experiment site unit and experience of domestic and foreign elementary and middle schools and so on. The conclusions is that: There are big differences in sports resources of school in Chengdu and open-up rate is not high; The majority of the people use the schools sports are students and the elderly; there had inadequate monitoring and supervisor work of Sports administration and education departments; there is lack of communication between communities and schools; some open schools is lack of medical supervision and sports instructors.The reasonable measures to implement sport resources of schools policies are follows: Transforming the motion of leaders and improving the realization of impotence of opening facilities of Primary and Middle schools; Enhancing monitor and building up server consciousness; Establishing security system of facilities opening policies; Establishing the diversity model of public physical exercise; introducing market system and constantly improving the construction of sports facilities.
