This thesis mainly studies school-based teaching and research literacy problem of junior high school in Yanbian area. As the starting-up and deepening of new basic education curriculum reform, school-based teaching and research becomes an effective way to solve problems in teaching and improvement of teachers'professional development. School-based teaching and research literacy is a key factor of implementing and developing of school-based teaching and research. At present, however, the research on school-based teaching and research largely focuses on the theoretical research and shallow practical research. And the study of school-based teaching and research is relatively limited; minority areas are also in blank. Therefore, it is urgent and important to develop teachers' school—based teaching and research literacy.Therefore, this thesis mainly use constructivist learning theory, teacher professional development theory, adult education theory, group dynamics theory, action research theory and school—based teaching and research theory and other basic and related theories. Yanbian area junior high school teachers are selected as the researching object, trying to use literature, interview survey, questionnaires and other research methods. The main studies focus on:(1) Present statues analysis and features of school—based teaching and research literacy in Yanbian area. (2) Analysis of influencing factors on teachers' school—based teaching and research literacy in Yanbian area. (3) Relative analysis on school—based teaching and research literacy and its influencing factors. (4) Strategy study on improvement and promotion of teachers' school—based teaching and research literacy in Yanbian area.Based on the study, the conclusions are as follows:(1) the overall level of the school-based teaching and research literacy in Yanbian area is rather low. School—based teaching and research literacy shows significant difference between city and town, Korean school and Chinese school, males and females, different subjects and different academic titles. Teaching career age forms a mid-high parabola (2) Professional quality of individual teachers is the foundation of school-based teaching and research literacy's formation. Profound theoretical and practical knowledge is beneficial for teachers to master the school—based teaching and research knowledge. Self-efficacy, individual professional qualities, professional knowledge and profession-developing recognition affect school—based teaching and research ability differently, esp. the relationship between teachers'profession-developing recognition and teachers'school—based teaching and research affection is pretty closer. It becomes a precondition for teachers to participate school—based teaching and research. (3) The formation of school-based teaching and research literacy needs the support of school factors. Training, practice, organized system; teachers'knowledge can affect school—based teaching and research positively. Training and practice are very important for teachers to acquire the knowledge of school—based teaching and research. Practice and teachers'knowledge and training influence the ability of school—based teaching and research a lot, esp. school—based teaching and research practice. Perfect organized system and qualified teachers are insurance to school—based teaching and research affection.According to the practical problems of school—based teaching and research literacy, the thesis take the professional quality of individual teachers and school factors as the starting point, which influence the formation of school—based teaching and research literacy. Propose the following suggestions:(1) Improving the knowledge structure of individual junior high school teachers and the knowledge of school—based teaching and research (2) Optimizing the form and content of school—based teaching and research, cultivating the ability of school—based teaching and research. (3) Establishing reasonable management system of school—based teaching and research, fully stimulating the teachers' enthusiasm of participating in the school-based teaching and research. (4) Building the teachers'community and shaping the new teachers'culture. (5) Training the self-consciousness of professional development and increasing the teachers'self-efficacy.
