In recent years, the mind map absorbs various disciplines domain new achievement, such as the brain-science, the psychology, the pedagogy, the information technology and so on, which caused it more and more important in the school edition teaching application value. The search which is based on the creation, development, and worth of application of mind map discuss how to apply mind map to chemistry review in senior 3.The research was carried out in Dagang High School, Jiangsu province from October,2009 to May,2010. All the subjects were selected from class 1 (experiment class) and class 2(collate class) in senior 3. During the research, each student was intended to find the links between the knowledge points, and create a construction of knowledge network after class by understanding and grasp of key knowledge points in each chapter, using mind map. In the meantime, students were expected to combine the former knowledge with the present knowledge and pay more attention to the knowledge in detail in creating the whole knowledge construction.This experiment that based the application of mind map in senior high chemistry revision explored the applied approaches, effects and some problems that should be paid attention to in application by questionnaire, interview, and data analysis. The experiment indicated:the revision method of combining mind map with senior high chemistry, is one effective review method, it may arouse the enthusiasm which fully the student studies, establishes the high school chemistry knowledge network and the system highly effective, is advantageous in raising student's divergent thinking that enhances the student to synthesize the review result.
