With the development of society and the progress of technology and the special superiority of information technology utilizes in the education, integrates in the information technology to the discipline curriculum in comes to become the tendency which one kind of curriculum reforms. Information technology utilizes in the education and teaching more and more widely. At present, many disciplines curriculum all positively are carrying on with the information technology conformity research practice. Primary school science course aims at cultivating the scientific literacy of students. Primary school science course both has with other disciplines uniformities and has own characteristic. Integrating the information technology with primary school science course and drawing on the characteristics of information technology provide instrument and resource for creating virtual situations. Information technology could create colorful and interesting virtual situations and atmosphere. Students can be study personally on the scene in the lively and concrete and emotional situations, which excite the enthusiasm and intrinsic motivation of students. Students accept edification of virtual situations imperceptibly, cause the emotional resonance and experience. In addition, virtual situations could help students construct knowledge, solve problems, culture the ability of observation and inference, so as to improve the scientific literacy of students.This thesis is trying to do an exploratory research that information technology creates the teaching situations of primary school science course, to give full play to the function of information technology in creating the teaching situations of primary school science course.In general, this thesis is divided into five parts. Part one deals with the exordium, including backgrounds, purpose, technical route and reviews of the research, mainly paper and finish the research backgrounds of thesis as well as the status of this research. Part two deals with theoretical study, including the concept definition and theoretical basis. Part three deals with the investigation of information technology creating the virtual teaching situations in primary school science course in China. Part four deals with the analysis of excellent case of virtual situations, such as virtual travel, virtual experiment, virtual game and so on. The last part deals with implementing suggestions and concluding remarks, draws the summative evaluation.
