Manual activity of children is of both scientifically probe and aesthetic double values, This study based on this starting point analyse the guiding strategies of preschool teachers adopted. Through the observation, the interviews and other methods, the researcher collected materials aboat manual activity such as video, interview record and other relevant materials. Through analysing, the researchers inducted activity teachers' guiding strategies, and discussed its causes.The kindergarten teachers' collective manual activity collective guiding strategies include geting into control strategy, which consist of preseting questions about targeted content, supplying by body language to assure activities in sequence; guiding to observe, think strategy, which consist of combining questions and demoing body language; encouraging express yourself strategies; building relaxed atmosphere strategy.Preschool teachers tutoring strategies include aggressively guiding strategy; Supporting to explore strategiy, which consist of characterising problem situation, doing experiment; characterising works' structure; Activities goal oriented strategy.According to the above conclusions, the researcher thought correcting the roles cognition of teachers', establishing the "guider, partner, supporter" statuses; Identiting children as learner, meeting their cognitive needs and aesthetic needs and inciting them to participate activities from the two aspects, which can be used as the basis for guiding strategies choice, help children achieve real development.Finally, the researcher reconsiderd the whole research and the conclusions.
