With the development of society, science, technology and "social math," people are now required to have a comprehensive reading ability as their basis of a language reading ability including foreign language, mathematics, science and technology. This has become a trend of modern educational research to motivate students'interest in mathematic reading in mathematics teaching, to help students form good reading habits, to develop their mathematic reading skills, and to use it as the core of the formation and development in order to enhance the learning ability of students. This study is for elementary students to start learning math by reading mathematics, which I hope the students read through the effective mathematics and learn the mathematics to have a complete understanding and a positive emotional experience.I examined the information on a detailed mathematical reading and text analysis, based on existing research results, and practical teaching experience of individuals. The first job is summerizing the concept of mathematics reading and mathematical reading ability, and summarize the characteristics of the mathematics reading and the value of develop students mathematics reading skills in the learning process, learning outcomes, classroom teaching and other aspects. Secondly, the mathematical reading ability was analyzed, and the effect on mathematics teaching of reading and mathematics reading behavior of students were observed. Observational studies in the literature were discussed on the basis of reading ability in mathematics students, the ways and strategies, mainly from the curricular and textbooks on mathematics for Jiangsu guidance and extra-curricular reading books in reading instruction of mathematics, are described in two ways described.Through research, we can draw the following conclusions:to carry out the mathematics classroom reading instruction and enhance student learning, to improve the reading ability of students mathematics; carry out extra-curricular activities as to broaden the students prospective on reading mathematics, and to explain the mathematical culture to further stimulate student interest in learning mathematics. Mathematics reading activities will have a positive impact on scores as well as mathematics learning.
