The higher education is more and more popular. Although Macro environment change good, The sustainable development of part of higher vocational colleges is threatened. The specific performance is students source shortage, financial strain, low efficiency,employment difficulty.,weak competitiveness and low social approval. The reason is a lot, having the system factors. but the key or because the management system is backward. Cannot effectively using stratified resources, No scientific human resource management, Cannot achieve new breakthrough on teaching quality and teaching order. Cannot be development setting on professional types.Sum up, all sorts of problems in higher vocational colleges, expose the deep reasons of the development——market disjointed.
