Research On The Creation Mechanism Of Academic System In University Organization

Academic system is result of academic ideas and academic community acting on each other. Through the disintegration and the interaction between various rules,it creates new comprehensive system, Which is called endogenous characteristics of the academic system of university organization.This paper is based on the development and changes, structure and function ,also with the crisis of the academic system of university organization, to explore the academic system's creation mechanism and the internal rules.This research is mainly by means of document studying and survey, Problems planed to solve : how is academic system occure? Its decision power is what? Through comparing the past and the current , concluded what we can do today. This research mainly have three analysis process. The first, through the historical , conclude that the each element of academic system is continuity. The second ,through the questionnaire investigation of the current academic system, we concluded that the academic system today and the academic system in history is internal consistency, Besides, there are also some problems. The third is the theoretical analysis. By migrating Hayek's own spontaneous order theory to the academic system , combined with the above analysis , it is concluded that the own spontaneous order is the fundamental forces of the development of academic system .The conclusion of this study have three main areas. First, in the theoretical analysis ,conclude that the academic system has own spontaneous order.This characteristics and the development of academic system is internal consistent. Second, according to this characteristics, find the values that Chinese university academic system should have. Third, combined with questionnaire survey of China's academic system, summed up the academic system direction.This research still has deficiencies. The four elements of academic system is not close enough. And didn't do well enough in-depth analysis. Between the natural characteristics and people's initiative, how to distinguish this pair of contradictions is a question, It is worthy of further study.
