Research On Teaching Evaluation Index System Of Engineering Colleges

China is building innovative country now, and engineering talents are the new force in Science and Technology Innovation. How to improve the quality of the talents of Engineering College must be considered first, and teaching evaluation is the key measures to improve the quality of college education. Based on the policy of"according to evaluation, improve construction and reform", this article discuss the goal of engineering talents training and how to achieve this goal from the perspective of teaching assessment. Building evaluation model and establishing teaching evaluation system of engineering university, is to provide reference for Engineering College teaching evaluation.In this paper, literature research method and model method for teaching engineering evaluation index system. CIPP evaluation model selection TOP-DOWN design theory and to build OFP model, then based on a set of teaching OFP Model Evaluation System, OFP model consists of three components, namely, the aims of education (Objection), educational factors (Factor), Assessment (Program), education, teaching goals is the starting point and destination, the university is a prerequisite for teaching evaluation is to assess the project's top level; education to achieve the objective element is the impact of educational factors, namely education and educational measures is also a major assessment of teaching evaluation projects through the top part of the educational objectives of this phase decomposition; assessment program educational objectives through educational initiatives in education and the requirements, establish teaching assessment of engineering elements - personnel training objectives, professional structure, curriculum, teaching staff, teaching conditions, teaching effectiveness, social assessment and the corresponding evaluation criteria, and finally the establishment of a teaching evaluation system.
