The Research On University Students' Employmeent Equity In The New Period

Fairness issue has been the ideal infinite vision of human society and the eternalpursuit of human self-development, as an important part of fairness issue,employment equity is the basis to ensure social stability and build the socialistharmonious society. With the development of era and the progress of society,especially in this new era, under this particular background, concerning for theemployment equity issue about college students has become one of the hot topics insociety.Since the reform of higher education in 1999, employment issue about collegestudents gradually become one of the sharp focuses for two representatives. Thegovernment, society, colleges and universities in particular, individual students paymore and more attention to employment equity issue. In a new period of a particularcontext for the reform of higher education, this paper researches the fair idea andMarxist discusses about the justice theory, in fully understand philosophy, sociology,ethics, economics, first proposed the concept of employment equity. In accordancewith the logic of proposing problems, analyzing problems and solving the problem, tobuild the basic framework of the paper, to apply theoretical knowledge on philosophy,sociology, political science, economics, law, psychology and other disciplines, toapply so many research methods, for example, literature study and multi-disciplinaryknowledge for cross-analysis that it can analyze fairness issue from multipleperspectives that exist in employment issue about college students. Starting from thebasic theory, combining with socialist properties, this paper elaborates elthe Marxisttheory on employment equity and its importance. Nowadays, facing increasinglycomplex employment environment, the government, society, colleges and universitiesand individual students reflect the unfairness of employment from varying degrees.By analyzing the reasons behind these phenomena, combining with socialdevelopment needs, this paper proposes countermeasures for solving the employmentequity about college students, the government, society, colleges and universities andindividual students should be fully aware of their responsibilities, and they shouldmake these four forces joint a big power to create a fair employment environment.The innovation of this paper is to make people-oriented as the guiding philosophy,and creates a fair employment environment to achieve student-centered; in specificcountermeasures, with the current situation of China's social development, the government, society, colleges and universities and individual students should joint abig power to achieve the employment equity.
