Sense of social responsibility was an important measure of the moral character of college students in modern society. Social responsibility sense of college students mean that the whether the assuming the responsibility of human social development match the emotional experience which is from the needs of inner heart. Our country attached great importance on the development of college student social responsibility sense.It was found that the social responsibility senses of college students are positive on the whole through questionnaires and interviews. This paper argued that responsibility sense can be cultured from the experience through the analysis of theory and formation process of responsibility sense. Social, family, school and college students own level of development greatly influenced the formation of social responsibility sense. This paper focused on the aspect of school education. By the analysis of existing educational methods in schools, We found that college preferred theories indoctrination than experience indoctrination, and it affects the students Subjectivity and internalized sense of responsibility.This paper proposed an education method of scenario experience. It would develop the students'sense of social responsibility during the process of experienced education by the setting of appropriate context in classrooms, extra-curricular activities and campus life. In the education process, the students'played their subjectivities, got experiences, made social responsibility sense from heteronomy to autonomy and internalized it.
