The Casestudies About The New Unemployed In University Graduate

The community pays more and more attention to the university student to get employed in recent years. As more and more people have access to higher education ,and the government changed employment policy ,and the employment environment change with social economy factors,a lot of graduates have to face this kind of situation that they become unemployed when they walk out from school.They become a member of the new unemployed. This group's production have many reasons,like the society factors and graduates themselves.This study aim at the graduates themselves.On the basis of pre-research, this research uses the nature research technique, has selected 5 different university's graduates to interview and analysis about their study situation in college and layoff. The study indicates:The main reason for unemployed of this five interviewees is that they lack accurate professional self-concept. Because these interviewees lack the correct reasonable profession self-cognition, caused the occupation to locate unreasonable and lacks the career objective, thus caused in the university stage not to carry on the science the occupation plan, university's study life lacked the sense of direction and the power, the studies achievement is not high, finally caused to seek employment the difficulty and the unemployment.If these interviewees want to change this kind of condition,they must establish the new occupation self-concept, adjust their heart, make a reasonable accurate analysis to seek for one occupation suited to themselves.This study give advice to the university, the parents, the secondary and elementary school education in the end.,hope they could change the education notion, help the student to complete each stage's career development duty, establish accurate occupation self-concept.
