| The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that China’s economy is moving towards the development path of the economic new normal on the basis of economic structure symmetry, with reform and innovation as the driving force for development. The community demand for applied talents also has changed by economic development with the economic model, industrial form and the change of economic growth momentum. Under this requirement, colleges and universities improve the training mode of graduate students, the number and scale of the professional degree graduate students expandunceasingly . And the degree types are increasing . Especially in this year, the number of graduates of full-time professional degree graduate students grows rapidly, more and more influence on the development of social economy. The development of professional degree education in China is lag beind the foreign counties. At the same time,there is a lack of professionalism in terms of personnel training, and it is not close to social work and professional needs. Therefore,it is important to build a clear structure in professional degree postgraduate career planning .This article , studies the career planning of professional degree postgraduates, the main contents of which are divided into five parts as follows:The first part summarizes the background, significance and research situation home and abroad of career planning of professional graduates.The second part explains the connotation of the professional career planning and the meaning of the related concepts. The content of the postgraduate is sorted out, and its significance is discussed, and especially expounds the importance of master of professional.In the third part, through the investigation and interview, the author describes the current situation and analyzes the existing problems in the career planning of postgraduates.The fourth part is based on the problems of career planning, and analyzes the causes of the problems from the individual, the university and the society.In the fifth part, the author puts forward the effective strategies to improve the career planning of professional degree graduate students which point on the problems and reasons of career planning of professional degree graduate students.
