With the popularization of higher education, college students'employment market changes from seller's market to a buyer's market which caused the college students' employment difficulty. Meanwhile, in the process of China's modernization, lagging development of rural affects the course and quality of modernization, how to construct rural, how to accelerate rural development, and realize modernization become an increasingly important development problems. The important foundation to solve the problem of is that rural development needs a large number of qualified talents to join in. But our education have serviced to industrial and urban development for a long time, which screen rural talent for industrial service. It ascends the status of rural population to a certain degree, in fact it also inevitably cause to "intelligence deprive" in rural areas. Under such a background, how to guide college students to employ or establish a business in rural, realizing intelligence regression are particularly important too.In the promotion of national policies, college students get higher enthusiasm to employ in the countryside. They are different in different areas. Some have on their own venture, some work as village officer. Some have made his mark, and some are still in the dark ahead. As mentioned in this article LongBo and WangXu succeed by their knowledge and persistence and established China's first brand pig"Pulanke"; GaoYuHuan failed to feeding chicken, but harvested in feather painting; LiXiaoHua, although not made gratifying achievements, he is on exploration of survival.Theoretically speaking, the rural can accommodate many college students' employment, but in fact in rural people are numbered. The various factors including the current social system,the students themselves,college,countryside and so on. In order to let students become the construction of rural talent, we should show the charming of rural to the students, and change their views on employment. Firstly, the state and society should pay great attention to the guidance of policy and public opinion; Secondly, in the process of talent training, colleges and universities not just training talents for cities and industrial, but also for the rural and agriculture and to provide theoretical supporting for rural employment; Thirdly, college students themselves need to do career planning, and correctly view the prospect of rural employment; Fourthly, to develop the third industry in rural, so that can provide appropriate white-collar positions for college students; Finally, to make students become the intelligence supporting of rural urbanization, agricultural modernization, the transformation of modern peasants.
