Study Of The Employment Status Of The Master Graduate Students On Medical Intelligence In China

Object: There has been lots of research on the education of intelligence graduatestudents at home and abroad, but less for employment question discussion, especially forthe medical graduates’ employment which is rarely discussed. However, the graduatestudent’s employment related to competitiveness and the future development of a subject,so this problem is of great significance to the whole subject to discuss. At present,intelligence master graduate student’s employment is not optimistic, although manycollege, library, medical and health institutions, enterprises and intelligence researchinstitutions are in urgent need of large quantities of outstanding talent intelligence, but a lotof intelligence master graduate students are still under huge pressure of employment, itshows that there are differences between education institutions and unit and the market.Only we find out the difference clearly, the universities can adjust the goal of trainingprogram, change the existing training structure, strengthen discipline construction andimprove the intelligence master graduate student employment training, according to the theactual demand.Methods: The study is based on master degree graduate students of six intelligenceprofessional education institutions of medical and three intelligence professional educationinstitutions, we used the questionnaire survey, collected intelligence master graduates’employment information; and in the investigation content index，we have done theavailability of the expert consultation and graduates interview, in order to point out thefeasible countermeasures.Results：1. The employment status of the Medical Intelligence graduates. Althrough the graduates are inclined to be civil servants, most graduates found jobs inresearch institutes or unversities and their affiliated hospitals. In the process of job search,professional counterparts is no longer important, and the employees show greatpsychological pressure and lack of confidence. Besides, they have a high satisfaction oftheir serving job, but need a long period to adjust themselves for the position. In theprocess of service, their advantaged overall qualities cannot be properly reflected. Inaddition, they have a strong information awareness and ability to access informaton, butlack of the ability to screen intelligence. What’s more, there is a big gap between the goalof the trainng units and the needs of the employer, acted as employment deciations.2. The employment status of the Intelligence graduates.The basical situation is consistent with the medical intelligence gradute sudents, butpays more emphasis on innovation ability.Conclusion: In order to effectively improve the medical intelligence master graduatestudents’ employment rate and promote medical intelligence graduate students’ educationdevelopment, from the point of view of the discipline and society, we should Strengthendiscipline construction. With its unique advantages of medical and public healthmanagement, combining with intelligence, its abundant resources and its high social value,creating unique subject reputation to improve the students’ core employmentcompetitiveness from the height of the discipline; for the training unit, it should clear anddefinite to the training aim,improve the training route, pefect the installated curriculum ofinformation science major,expand the job room, increase the practice opportunities, raisethe practical skills of the students. At the same time, we should pay attention to enhancethe constructions of the tutorial troops. As a student, we should recognize ourselvescorrectly and seek the social orientation exactly. Moreover, it is very importent to fosterand heighten our core-competitiveness about finding-job, broaden ourknowledge,strengthen the comprehensive qualities of ourselves.
