Study On Strategical Orientation Of HG Polytechnic College

With the rapid development of Chinese higher education and sudden emergency of vocational education, the number of enrollees in vocational education every year accounts for about half of the total number of enrollment of the college entrance. Vocational education charges with the historical mission of training high-skilled and high -quality personnel with its increasingly important position and role. Due to the declination of the college entrance examination enrollment in 2008 and the increasing the polytechnic colleges, it is inevitable for colleges to become mixed and uneven. A new round of reshuffling has come. Basing on the analysis of the background of the whole country and province , the author of the paper studies strategic orientation of polytechnic colleges systematically and comprehensively.In the paper, the author analyzes HG polytechnic colleges'internal and external environment SWOT to identify the advantages, disadvantages and available resources. The author makes certain judgments according to reality and judgments on the future strategic orientation and the effects. Through the differentiated development of dislocation, HG polytechnic colleges give full play featured majors and professional characteristics ,the advantages of technology and personnel to make due contributions for regional economic development, and ultimately to colleges, businesses, students multi-win-win situation. Thus the colleges are the way to sustainable development.Firstly, the paper summarizes the practice of different characteristics in foreign polytechnic colleges and provides theoretical references to strategic management in the polytechnic colleges.
