The Analysis Of The Polytechnic Students' Performance On The Job Training At Guangdong Province

The thesis attempts to explore the position and function of polytechnic students' job training activities,specifies the purpose of the training project----to help students break through the bottlenecks in job-hunting thus realize an optimization between human resource and labor market.In order to reach the goal,the thesis draws experiences from foreign students' training projects,makes full use of relevant data from students' job-hunting experience at Tianhe College of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University,deals with how to release the pressure of job-hunting and reach the balance between the demand and supply at the job market,and analyzes the main reasons for polytechnic students' low performance on job hunting:Besides. the thesis also examines the relationship between polytechnic students' input and output in job training,together with a research of the contribution of relevant factors in it.Through the detailed analysis,the thesis goes on to propose that system engineering should be established for polytechnic students to cope with the new social circumstances,furthermore,various effective methods are expected to improve students' job-hunting performance.Additionally,the thesis also touches upon various problems related to current financial crisis.
