The secondary occupation educators as a special group, on the one hand,along with the promotion of our country occupation skills recognition degree, theoccupation skill education demands are rising with the increased pressure rfomteachers, more teachers appear in teaching skills, have tired psychology onteaching; on the other hand, not paid attention to the secondary occupationeducation in traditional ideas, secondary occupation teachers to do their workneeds more courage, psychological pressure is far greater than the ordinary highschool teachers. This phenomenon not only for teachers and students1physicaland mental development of threat but also will directly endanger the healthydevelopment of domestic medium occupation education current. As a vocationalschool educator for many years engaged, the author feels so interested in thistopic,combined with the technical school in W city itself, this subject invocational school teachers occupation burnout is systematically studied.This paper will study on W technical school teachers in secondaryvocational schools, and through questionnaires and interviews on sampling,survey data and interview data analysis.This dissertation tries to based on empirical investigation, occupationburnout of teachers at home and abroad combing, in-depth study of the status andcause of W technical school teachers occupation burnout, occupation burnout andpropose mitigation strategies, which relfects the Yangtze River Delta region,especially the characteristics of occupation burnout economy and occupationeducation is more developed in the city of W,in order to raise strategyfor localschools,authority, especially teachers to recognize and overcome occupation bunrout measures,providing meaningful references for the teachers in secondaryoccupation school management.The main body of the thesis consists of four parts:The first patr is the introduction; the author raises the reason for the topic,research aim and the significance of the study on the base of the current literature,and expounds the research ideas and methods.The second part is the survey on the secondary vocational school teachersoccupation burnout based on W technical school,using the questionnairestatistical methods, combined with the actual interview, carries on the analysisand the preliminary judgment on the results of the investigation.The third part is the analysis of the causes of occupation burnout, accordingto the previous chapter preliminary judgment and data, to analyze the causes ofburnout rfom the pressure, environment, and individual three factors.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the occupationburnout of teachers in secondary vocational schools, from the society, school andindividual three aspects of in-depth study.
