Occupation burnout exists in every aspect of our lives and it is closely related with the occupation pressure. As the society competition is becoming increasingly fierce, social and work pressures grow more with each passing day. Mental and physical health problems of occupation groups cause the attention of people. Teachers are among the groups who are apt to catch occupation burnout. Occupation burnout has become a prominent problem in education field. Teachers having experienced burnout lose their love and patience to the students easily. The adequacy of their teaching preparation and enthusiasm is reduced, and their sense of work control and accomplishment drops. Even their marriage and family relationships are also affected. Therefore, whether it is from the concern for teachers and students, or from the perspective of education cause development, the attention to the teachers’occupation burnout should be paid enough attention. The schools investigated are in their developing stage. In order to achieve their established goal, teachers in those schools generally assume heavy working tasks and their working pressure is evident. It is self-evident to every responsible memmber. However, when the pressure is beyond teachers’endurance, it will affect the teachers’physical and mental health, which will affect their teaching and education work and is adverse to the students’development. A school hoping to maintain healthy and sustainable development must build a teacher team with high qualities. Therefore, the investigation and analysis of the teachers’ occupation burnout have very important and practical significance. The research is based on the investigation of teachers with occupation burnout between domestic and foreign eachers. Questionnaires are also used when we do an occupation burnout research to the teachers in No.14Middle School in Hohhot. To make the sample representative, teachers of different classes and grades are chosen. We analysis occupation burnout according to their sexes, ages and educational background. The main groups and influential factors related to occupation burnout are found out according to the investigation and statistics analysis. In order to eliminate the burnout and provide basic protection, correspondent measures are taken by organizations and individuals, subjectively and objectively.
