Opened Based On The New "outline" Of The Of Chengdu College's Tennis Courses And Teaching Status Of Survey Research

Tennis sport is a popular sport which combines the beauty of power,art,physique and environment. Besides, it also owns the features of competition and audience's civilization. In a word, it is a competitive, spectator and participatory sport with long history as well as new popularity in present day. As it comes into campus, it is popular in college students because of its own special features mentioned above. And it is also a bright spot and integrate part of PE teaching.Based on the research of the current situation in Chengdu and guided by the New PE Course Guided Outline of Countrywide Colleges and Universities(New Outline for short by following), this thesis is to study and analyze the current situation of tennis course by comparing equipments of the tennis fields, course assignments, teachers resource, teaching methods, evaluating systems The following methods will be involved during the study and analysis. By doing so, the thesis is to discuss the factors which limit the development of tennis course and to analyze the reasons of it on the purpose of offering the solution ways and measures so as to offer the reference and suggestion for the development of tennis sport in Chengdu, even Sichuan Province. What results the study shows lie in are as follows:1 The course-offering of the tennis of the regular college is higher compared with junior college.2 The lack of the tennis fields in Chengdu, which can not meet the needs of teaching and exercising and influences the improvement of the teaching quality and student's training.3 Being short of course-hours, the unreasonable course constitution, the high difficulty of the teaching, the low-frequency of student's training.4 The teachers resource is not enough, professional tennis teachers are not enough, teaching quality is not satisfying because of the poor teaching situation of the teachers. 5 The lack of the text books of tennis course and poor teaching methods prevent the development of teaching quality.6 The unsatisfying environment of tennis on campus in Chengdu, the tennis clubs do not function as they are expected to, competitive system is not yet perfect, the frequency of the tennis competition is still not enough.
