Students are teachers working object, teachers' job performance will ultimately through students changes, the progress, the development of students, and manifests itself changes, the progress, the development and their reasons perception is the most obvious, therefore students on teachers' job quality are fully claims. But the group of student appraisal of teaching motivations and goals but have significant differences. Some schools put students teaching evaluation as a major means of assessment teachers' work, a stage requires teachers to work, or disputed selection advanced, the organization students to teachers' teaching work level evaluation or quantitative assessment scale of teachers quality products. Quality queue, as a reward, promotion titles, selection of advanced basis. This approach seems an objective, fair and justice, but negative effect is very big, so for the university student evaluation of teachers in the cause of the problem, this paper makes a deep research, and puts forward the countermeasures.this paper mainly analyzes the university students' evaluation of teaching through produce all sorts of problems, in the final analysis of existing in college education lies in the ideological and political education insufficiency, at the same time with foreign appraisal of teaching in ideological education principles, this paper summarized the university students' evaluation of teaching was obtained in the ideological and political education of preliminary results, the ideological and political education theory by improving the reasonable blending lectures, workshops, combining college audio-visual materials and electrochemical resources, shaping up healthy campus society culture methods for the students' ideological and political education work for innovation and development, arouse the students' self education and psychological adjustment, complete the ideological and political education on students' influence. Institutions of higher learning through enhancing students' ideological and political quality, reduce the student in the teaching assessment in the process of subjective deviation, and to ensure the university students' evaluation of teaching system of normal operation.
