In order to compare aerobic running with yoga,this study selected 40 female college students who have no sports habbit and from 18-21. Divided them into 2 groups. It took 8 weeks of practice of yoga and aerobic running respectively 3 times per week.Every practice time was 60 min, heart rate was controled in 120-140 per min."Fatelaike style run"approach was adopted in aerobic running. This approach was conducted informally in the playground, it included varied pace running. The preparation portion took 10 min, the basic portion took 40 min, the end portion took 10 min. Yoga exercise was carried on with yoga music and yoga salutations was used in 10 min's warm-up exercises, classical yoga posture was used in 40 min's basic part and yoga relaxation technique was used in 10 min's end part.Self-control method was used to compare the indicators of immunoglobulin IgM, IgM, IgA with immune turbidimetric targets in the day before experiment and the day after the experiment. Experimental results show that:Both aerobic running and yoga are good fitness training methods,but their effects on immunoglobulin IgM, IgM, IgA are different.Yoga is better than aerobic running.The influence of yoga and aerobic running on body are different,this comparision can provide reference for colledge students select different sports according to their own need,and enrich related research.
