| Purpose:To observe the changes of aerobic capacity by testing vital capacity, hemoglobin, blood lactic acid, anaerobic threshold and maximal oxygen uptake before and after training through a 6-week training intervention of high-intensity interval deep-water running and moderate-intensity continuous deep-water running. To explore the feasibility of two kinds of deep-water running to improve the aerobic ability of college students in China, and to meet the needs of aerobic fitness of college students. The analysis of the difference of aerobic ability development in different load of deep-water running training can provide more suitable training methods for college students with different needs.Method:19 healthy male college students were randomly divided into high-intensity interval deep-water running training group(Group H,n=9)and moderate-intensity continuous deep-water running training group(Group M,n=10).Before the experiment, height, weight, vital capacity, hemoglobin and VO2max were tested as the basic test. The VO2max was tested by increasing load treadmill test Bruce program. The maximum heart rate, relative VO2max,anaerobic threshold and running economy of the subjects were obtained. The subjects of the two groups were given three times a week for six weeks. The high-intensity intermittent group was given three minutes of 90%VO2max training intensity and two minutes of 30%VO2max training intensity deep-water running. The medium intensity continuous training was given 30 minutes of 60%VO2max training intensity deep-water running. Two days after the training, the same test as the basic test before the experiment was carried out.The results of all test indexes were expressed as mean ± standard deviation.Paired sample t test was used to compare the intra group differences of indexes before and after training, and independent sample t test was used to compare the inter group differences,P<0.05.Results:(1)after training, vital capacity of group H and group M increased significantly, but there was no significant difference between the two groups.(2)Compared with group M,the VO2max of group H increased significantly after training.(3)The time of ventilation threshold in group H was significantly delayed after training;there was no significant difference in the time of ventilation threshold in group M,the relative value of ventilation threshold and the recovery of lactic acid between the two groups before and after training.Conclusions:(1)Moderate-intensity continuous deep-water running training and high-intensity interval deep water running training can improve the body’s ability to absorb oxygen.(2)High-intensity interval deep-water running training can improve the body’s ability to reflect the body’s intake, transportation and utilization of oxygen, which is more obvious than Moderate-intensity continuous deep-water running training. |
