Mathematics is a kind of culture, Mathematics teaching may call it as culture teaching, Then called it the teaching of mathematical culture. As a new round schools to promote the gradual mathematics curriculum reform, the functions of Mathematical culture in primary and middle school mathematics education the functions are becoming more and more attention by researchers, and "mathematical culture and mathematics teaching" research common occurance. Based on the present situation, With "Chinese journal full-text database" for the literature source, Using a combination of qualitative research methods, "Mathematical culture and mathematics teaching" relevant research papers from 2002 to 2009 were statistically analyzed. In order to research venation seeming relatively clear, The author will make "mathematical culture and mathematics teaching" research group divided into two categories.one is a Kind of theory for researchers, another kind is the primary and secondary school teachers. The research results of the theory the researchers is divided into five latitude mathematical culture teaching concept, teaching effect, mathematical culture teaching contents, teaching strategies and mathematical culture in mathematics teaching material of mathematical culture. Based on the primary and secondary school teachers in the limitations of the study content, which is divided into three latitude:mathematical culture teaching concept, mathematics teaching effect and mathematics teaching case. Using statistics and the method of bibliometrics obtain the relevant data and material, and then to data and data collection and analysis, at last, getting the relevant conclusions by according to analysis.Research shows that:after curriculum reform of mathematics education started, "mathematical culture and mathematics teaching" research maintains high attention, but also exists many problems remain to be explored. For instance, most of the primary and secondary school teachers don't focus on reading existing literature, which causes great repetitive research; cooperative research of mathematics education experts and a math teachers of mathematics is less; there is no mathematical culture teaching evaluation research; Therefore, the author based on the understanding of cultural teaching of mathematics to explore the two basic characteristic for the connotation of " mathematical culture teaching" and its realization Approach. How to construct mathematical culture teaching evaluation system, The author combines the theory of teaching evaluation of classroom establish mathematical culture teaching evaluation system, evaluation of classroom teaching of mathematics culture quantization tables and mathematical evaluation of cultural learning activities quantization table.
