For the past few years, vocational education scale has developed rapidly, but its due diligence which should meet the technical demand of the society has not become prominent, evaluations of vocational education quality are different., which has influenced the improvement of vocational education quality.This paper is trying to think out the vocational education quality problems in view of Value philosophy, analyzing the influential factors of occupational education quality evaluation and hope to find out the value of vocational education quality assessment. This article mainly includes four chapters:the fist chapter presents the all-around research achievement and defines some basic concepts and analyzes their characteristics; the second chapter interprets the basic concept of Value philosophy, for example value, value evaluation and value orientation, analyzes the vocational stakeholders'value investment and value aim from the angle of human capital investment, then explains the significance of vocational education investment; the third chapter analyzes the regrets which we meet in the process of vocational education quality evaluation:the own deficiency of value evaluation standard affects the rationality of the vocational education quality evaluation results, the lack of independent vocational education quality evaluation system affects the scientificalness, the elite education value orientation lead to the oneness of education quality evaluation criteria, affecting the fairness of education quality assessment, professional layered exacerbates vocational education marginalization, etc; the four chapter presents the basic dimensions of vocational education quality evaluation from a rational consideration:the vocational education quality evaluation should follow the law of value evaluation, considering the influence of value factors; establishing a scientific and rational vocational education quality evaluation system on the basis of international vocational education quality system; the government and vocational colleges should strive to create a kind of rational social cultural environment which can promote vocational education quality evaluation.The article has explained the value orientation and value evaluation, analysed the various factors of the evaluation of vocational education quality from the Angle of both value and real society, and try to find out a method which can highlight the function of vocational education quality evaluation, then promote vocational education development.
