With economic development,demands for applied talents are increasing.Thus vocation education has been unprecedentedly valued in China.A large mount of vocation schools emerged to provide more and more applied talents for all kinds of working areas.Because of late beginning of Chinese vocation education,the vocation education quality has long way to go even though the numbers of vocation schools increased greatly.Vocation education conglomeration developed rapid lately and formed a obvious trend in vocational education development.Academic circle has met a common acknowledge for the function of vocational schools in conglomeration on development of vocational education in China.But how to running schools with conglomeration to ensure vocational education quality is still a new problem to handle with.From the perspective of interconnected interests,the thesis applies the theory of total quality management(TQM)to study the quality assurance system of TS Professional School.Based on theories of quality assurance system,stakeholders,and TQM,the thesis has further analyzed how to apply theories above into quality assurance system in TS Professional School.At the same time,according to the study of present situation of quality assurance system in this school,some problems related to quality assurance system emerged in this school,for example,weak awareness in education quality,mistaking quality subjects,unsystematic quality management and lack of procedure supervision.In dealing with problems above,after learning from the vocational education success in America and Germany,the thesis also puts forward a basic purpose of quality assurance system in TS Professional School,namely to establish an assurance system for education quality for whole and during all procedures,through which all stakeholders form TS Professional School can be involved,meeting their interests in taking part in quality assurance.At the meantime,a complete and well ordered quality assurance system could be established to realize a virtuous circle to ensure education quality in TS Professional School through quality assurance input,procedure quality assurance and quality assurance output.In this virtuous circle,the aim of quality promotion can be achieved by strengthening plan,implement,supervision and assessment.A combination theories of stakeholders and TQM are applied to study the quality assurance system in TS Professional School,it is not only good for quality promotion in TS,but also will provide a reference for other vocational schools to promote education quality assurance system under the background of conglomeration development.
