Practical Teaching is an important part of higher professional education. And the assessment of Practical Teaching is necessary for improving Practical Teaching Management and Quality. Result and analysis of assessment provide a way to find out defects. After the problems been solved, executives can build a scientific and standard managing system to ensure the high quality of Practical Teaching.Firstly, I figure out main constrains via questionnaires and interviews. Secondly, I created indicates sets of assessment, including Level 1 (Employer, students and school) and Level 2 (Practical ability, work attitude, obedience, practice teaching management, insurance of capital and infrastructure, mechanism design and implementation supervision, practice teaching ability of teachers, practice teaching process evaluation of students, achievement assessment of practice teaching) after discuss with enterprises, students, outside practical teaching experts, government officers and other stakeholders. At last, I assigned weights of indicates with AHP, assessed the practical teaching quality of K Vocational Institute by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, and analyzed result of the assessment.Based on my analysis and the problem I gathered, I propose my recommendations: 1. train and recruit more "Double-Qualified" teachers.2. Pay more attention on innovation of practical teaching.3. Develop managing system based on TQM. Meanwhile, establish practical teaching base.The values of this research are improve the theory of practical teaching, provide a implementation tool for managing and evaluating the quality of practical teaching, offer data and evidence to improve quality of practical teaching. The innovation of this research is that I consider enterprises (employers) and students (employees) as most important factors in practical teaching assessment system, it increases scientific of system. AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation were involved into this assessment system, which means this system uses both quantitative and qualitative analysis, the error caused due to subjective factors will be reduced. This system also could be used in other areas, because of the practicality, portability and scalability of it.
