Research On The Non-Equilibrium Between Higher Education And Economic Development In Jilin

Higher education and Eeconomic development are closely related. The regional higher education and regional economic development is non-equilibrium situation in China, namely the level of regional higher education is ahead of or behind the level of regional economic development. Jilin higher education level is higher than the national average, while the level of economic development lags behind the national average. Jilin development of higher education is ahead of economic development. The main factors are include demographic factors, research into factors, factors of economic structural adjustment policies and economic and educational development and other factors. By data analysis and using of econometric models, that Jilin non-equilibrium development of ordinary higher education is gradually change, but the non-equilibrium between post-graduate education and economic status will not be easy to change.This paper is divided into six sections. Section one (Introduction) introduces the theoretical and practical significance of this subject, provides a brief reviews of the relevant literatures both from domestic and abroad scholars, at last gives the structure of this paper and also the conclusions and the innovative point of this paper.Section two discusses the level of higher education and economic development in Jilin Province. Analysis of indicators from the development of higher education, including one million people over the years of higher education number of students in school, enrollment in higher education each year, the number of graduates per thousand in the number of college education and student-teacher ratio of quantity and quality aspects of the indicators of the level of development of higher education in Jilin Province were analyzed. While the economic development of Jilin province in the country's position has also been analyzed. It can be seen, Jilin Province in the number or quality of higher education are higher than the national average, while the level of economic development of Jilin Province's economic development lagged behind the national average.Section three discusses the non-balanced development of higher education and economic performance in Jilin, mainly from the Jilin ordinary education and graduate education were non-balanced development and economic analysis.
