With the development of curriculum reform of basic education recently, the gap between the requirements of quality education and the teacher quality in China become wider and wider. The improvement of teaching capacity has become an important issue of education reform. Classroom teaching skills of teacher is the concentrated expression of teaching ability. It has a significant impact on the level of teaching quality, and is an important manifestation of teacher's role and status. Handling teaching skills proficiently is the Professionalism which a high school biology teacher must have. The new teachers are special group of the teachers, because they have their own characteristics. They have just graduated from university, and they are in the transitional phase which they change their roles from student into teacher, and their focus from theory learning into practical application. New teachers are at the important stage of handling teaching basic skills in practice. The initial work experience will affect new teachers' teaching capacity, and also affect the whole teachers' quality. Therefore, it is very necessary and important to train new teachers.The research design two pieces of questionnaires by literature review, questionnaire, and face-to-face interview. Questionnaire of the present status and training strategy of high school new biology teachers' classroom teaching skills in Zhejiang Province, and proficient teachers evaluate the present status and training strategy of high school new biology teachers' classroom teaching skills in Zhejiang Province are compiled, in order to analyze the present status and training strategy of high school new biology teachers' classroom teaching skill in Zhejiang Province. The results of the survey show that the present status of high school new biology teachers is not satisfactory. the new teachers' recognition of their classroom teaching skills is much higher than proficient teachers' evaluation. We analysis the mastery situation of new teachers from different angles:there is no significant difference between male and female new teachers;there is signifcant difference between the new teachers with different teaching experience, the new teachers of 0-1 year is significantly lower than the new teachers of 2 to 3 years;there is a significant difference between the new teachers of different educational background;the new teachers with specialist qualifications is significantly lower than the new teachers with bachelor degree or master degree:there is no significant difference between different types of cbools,and the new teacher in key high schools is sightly higher than the other three types school; there is no significant difference between the new teachers of different parts of new teachers. Through survey questionnaires and interviews we can know that, Many new and old teachers consider that the general effect of the new teacher training is ordinary, the training opportunities is few, teaching mission is arduous, time and school funding is not enough, this factors affect the improvement of classroom teaching skills of new teachers.According to the survey, this paper presents four main advice and training strategy of improving new biology teachers'teaching skills in Zhejiang province's high school. First, we can improve policy systems, provide macroeconomic conditions and power for the development of teaching skills of new teacher. Second, based on the schools, and optimizes the platform of teaching skills development of new teachers. Third, strengthen the curriculum and teaching reform, increasing training effectiveness. Fouth, enhance the driving force of development, and achieve self-development of classroom teaching skills of new teachers.
