With the continuous deepening of the new high school physics curriculum reform,high school physics teaching in our country has entered a new period of development,how to through the physical education from the knowledge and skills,methods and process of value guidance and emotion attitude influence three dimensions to achieve teaching goals become an important goal of the new physics curriculum reform.However,re to examine and observe the practice effect of young teachers in the teaching of current physics curriculum in three dimensions is not very ideal,young physics classroom teaching skills of teachers in the teaching mode,teaching philosophy,teaching experiment skills,teaching management and other aspects still cannot meet the requirements of the development of the new physics curriculum reform.Through practical measures to to improve the high school youth physical classroom teaching skills of teachers,improve the physics classroom teaching both at present and in the future for quite a long time The basic requirements of the actual effect and the promotion of students' physical literacy are the basic demands of the deepening of the new curriculum reform.With the background of the deepening new curriculum reform of physics in senior high school,this paper makes use of the methods of literature research,statistical analysis,interview and classroom observation as the research methods,and regards the young teachers of physics in senior high school as the main research object.By combing the relevant research of physics classroom teaching skills in senior high school,It is considered that the current research on physics classroom teaching skills in senior high school is more about the effectiveness of skill development and the lack of targeted evaluation feedback.This paper classifies the connotation of high school physics classroom teaching skills.The evaluation is determined by theory,and it is considered that we can use the method of teaching plan analysis,questionnaire investigation and classroom observation to evaluate the teaching skills of senior high school physics classroom in an all-round way.When designing the evaluation system,we should pay attention to the determination of indicators and the design of the scheme.The evaluation system is established,time and effect are optimized,and it is concluded that improving teaching skills of young physics teachers in senior high school can change teaching skills and psychological state,change teaching strategies and enrich teaching contents.Strengthen the skill practice and realize the students' psychological three aspects as the choice path.
