In recent years, with the implementation of education reform, social roles for teachers, higher and higher demands, and perception of teacher role by affecting their education, teaching behavior to affect the effectiveness of the school educational goals. The results show that: the positive role of teachers perceptions will facilitate teachers of school educational goals and teaching positive sexual identity and a high degree of participation; the other hand, the negative of the Professional role perceptions will lead to teachers of school educational goals and teaching the recognition and participation is low work which led to alienation and job burnout. Therefore, by increasing the level of role perception of teachers is beneficial to overcome the burnout of teachers, and promote job involvement of teachers provide a useful reference. In China, the most important bearers of primary school teachers, some of the largest basic education, primary school teachers is directly related to the quality of the overall level of basic education, primary school teacher so my role perceptions, job satisfaction and job involvement in research, development of teachers new areas of research to enhance the level of teacher research, and promote a better understanding of their teachers career, have a good career expectations, positive identity, so as to enhance education and teaching effectiveness. In this study, the research results in the study for teachers in the field of in-depth micro provide a useful .(1) different sex, age, primary school teachers in teaching there is no difference in terms of perception, in the administrative perception, perception research and development, job perception, perception of teacher-student interaction and role perceptions of teachers out of there extremely significant difference. Female primary school teachers in these areas were higher than male teachers on elementary school teachers.(2) male and female primary school teachers in the teaching, development and promotion, remuneration, the principal management and job satisfaction there is no difference in total scores, but in the working environment, there are significant differences in the performance of female primary school teachers working environment for a high degree of satisfaction the male primary school teachers. (3) primary school teachers with different years of service in the energy, dedication and job involvement of teachers on the total scores showed significant differences in: the service life of five years of primary school teachers into the vitality of the work of the highest.(4) the role of teacher perceptions and overall job satisfaction showed a very significant positive correlation, the overall teacher role perception and job involvement is positively related to overall teacher job satisfaction and job involvement is extremely significant positive correlation.(5) The teacher role perception and job satisfaction for teachers to work into a strong predictor.(6) teacher job satisfaction and job involvement of teachers between the role perception plays an intermediary role.
