An acculturation theory from cross-cultural psychology has been adopted in this article to represent the acculturation of New Curriculum Culture (NCC), in order to analyze the degree of acculturation of NCC by rural primary school teacher, a research method from culture perspective based on both theory and practice has been developed. Bases on an investigation in acculturation of NCC of rural primary school teacher in Heilongjiang Province, current situations and relevant influencing factors have been analyzed, and also a corresponding strategy has been developed and utilized to improve the acculturation of NCC by rural primary school teacher and boost the development of curriculum reform.This article contains four main parts. The first part is introduction, including the research questions, the aims and objectives, the research methods, the relevant concepts and related works. The second part represents the acculturation of NCC by analyzing and studying the connotation of NCC and strategy of acculturation, also depicts acculturation with new curriculum culture of rural primary school teachers, therefore, a research method is provided to analyze the acculturation of NCC. The third part specifies the current situations and relevant factors of acculturation of NCC by rural primary school teacher. With the investigation of the current acculturation situation of NCC by rural primary school teacher, the relevant factors have been analyzed by concept, value, teaching behavior and mentality from both internal and external. The last part aims to develop a suitable strategy for the rural primary school teacher with acculturation of NCC. With the outcomes of third part, an effective strategy has been presented by analyzing the own factors of government, education, school and teacher.
